We intend our web site to provide information to consumers interested in improving the quality of the food they consume daily.  Our goal is to provide fresh produce grown using techniques that yield safe natural products in an environmentally friendly manner.  Some of the techniques are traditional and been used for years.  Others reflect modern techniques developed recently.  We strive to minimize the use of highly toxic pesticides and chemicals.

We provide recipes for many of the vegetables we grow.  These aim to encourage consumption of more fruits and vegetables, and help maintain the healthful qualities of fresh produce.
